Hello Everyone
I didn't get much of this. I started to, I started this exercise and with the waves felt relax, and very loved. Then my mind started to go off on other things. I just need to learn to let my head relax, and quite thinking about the things I need to do. I think it would work fine for others, I just have a hard time letting go. I did notice that with this one I let go more then I have in the past. So maybe I am going to start to be able to do this.

ReplyDeleteJust like you, I too have a hard time relaxing and letting go. This exercise was a little easier for me because I did it several times this week, and each time it did it; it became easier. I did notice I was a lot calmer throughout the day.
