Hello Everyone
To start off I hope every one's week is going great!! Mine has been good, getting a lot of things done.
1.) When talking about my physical well being I would rate myself at a 4, this because I am not very physical fit. When talking about my spiritual well being would rate myself at a 3, I don't feel connected to myself. When talking about physchological well being at a 6, this is my best because I can usually handle things very well.
2.) My goal is to start walking or jogging for 3 to 4 days a week for 45 minutes. I need to start doing this because this helps with everything, how I feel how I act. Everything!!
3.) I just got to make myself do it. There is no other way that I am going to do it unless I push myself.
4.) Like I have said in the past relaxation tapes don't work for me. What does work is turning my music up with a glass of wine in the tub, or dancing around like no one is looking. That is how I can relax.

ReplyDeleteI am trying to become more physically active too. My son and I use to go to the gym often but our schedules got in the way. But we are trying to at least get it together enough to plan around weight training, aerobic classes and yoga sessions. Yes, we use to do all of it! I am diabetic so getting fit to control blood sugar levels is beneficial and a part of a lifestyle change diabetics should make if they are not already. Becoming more health conscious is good in staying fit even if you are not diagnosed with an illness and can possibly keep illnesses at bay.
Many people have many different ways to relax so whatever works best for you is helps obviously and that is good that you found things that help you to relax! I like the dance like no one's watching...sounds so fun indeed!
