I hope everyone is having a great week.
I like the love and kindness one a lot better. I had a hard time with the subtle mind. It was more annoying. I just wanted to turn it off. I felt very frustrated al the way through the exercise.

That is unfortunate Sally. What was it about it that made it so annoying? Was it the background noises, wandering thoughts, the lady speaking, or what? I also liked the loving kindness one better because I liked the visualization part of it. I find it harder to think of absolutely nothing and I struggled with wandering thoughts. All the more reason to practice it right? "Do what you suck at" that is what I have always been told haha.
